About
As a key member of the structural drafting team, you'll work on iconic and complex projects across various sectors including healthcare, sports, education, and transportation infrastructure. This role focuses on delivering detailed structural documentation and 3D models for large-scale developments using Revit software. Strong technical drafting skills and experience in complex building structures are essential for this position. You'll collaborate closely with engineers and designers while maintaining clear communication channels with project stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation delivery. The position encompasses 3D modeling, construction drawing development, technical coordination, and design resolution.
Expectations
Create and modify detailed 3D structural models for complex building projects
Produce high-quality construction documentation and drawings from concept to delivery
Collaborate with engineers and designers to resolve technical challenges
Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
Coordinate with project stakeholders to maintain design integrity
Support the delivery of hospitals, stadiums, high-rise buildings, and infrastructure projects
Participate in technical coordination meetings and design reviews
Skills and Expertise
Advanced proficiency in Revit for structural modeling and documentation
4+ years' experience in structural drafting
Experience with large-scale commercial and infrastructure projects
Strong understanding of construction documentation and structural detailing
Knowledge of Australian Standards and building regulations
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection
Proven ability to work within multi-disciplinary teams
