Our recruitment process

We take a job brief from an employer, learn about the role, responsibilities, ‘must have’ and ‘like to have’ requirements, the onboarding process, and any other information not typically featured in a standard position description.

We search multiple channels for appropriate professionals to match the role. During this process we create a short list of potential candidates to screen more thoroughly.

Once we’ve confidently found good matches for the role, we will present the employer with our candidate recommendations. This may be multiple candidates, one individual, or we’ll inform the employer that we are not satisfied with the result of the search (and are still in the searching phase).

We assist in setting up an interview with our recommended candidates and the employer. This involves setting up all interviews and conversations.

Upon a successful interview, we’ll be there to support both parties during the offer stage. We've always received great feedback for our assistance during the negotiation process. The candidate is then sent their standard onboarding documentation, and are set to start.

We check in frequently with both the employer and candidate to ensure things are running smoothly and expectations are being met.
