About
As a key member of the urban design consultancy team, you'll manage diverse projects across Sydney's urban and land development sector. This role focuses on delivering complex precincts, industrial, commercial, and large subdivision developments from inception through to completion. Considerable experience in civil engineering and project management is essential for this position. You'll oversee project coordination while maintaining clear communication channels with internal teams, councils, contractors, builders, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. The position encompasses tender management, contract documentation, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery oversight.
Expectations
Manage and deliver complex urban and land development projects
Oversee civil design and development processes across multiple projects
Coordinate tender processes and contract documentation
Engage with councils, contractors, and builders effectively
Drive project outcomes through stakeholder management
Maintain project schedules and budgets
Ensure quality control and compliance across all project phases
Skills and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Proven experience in managing and delivering Urban and Land Development projects.
Strong background in managing complex civil design projects
Excellence in stakeholder engagement and communication
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience with tender processes and contract documentation
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Knowledge of local council requirements and development processes
