About
As a key member of our civil construction team, you'll oversee day-to-day site operations for a diverse range of infrastructure projects. This role focuses on leading and supervising employees, subcontractors, and equipment operations while ensuring full compliance with legislative requirements. You'll be responsible for implementing essential processes and procedures to efficiently manage projects, minimise risks, and maintain workplace health and safety standards. Working within our family-oriented culture, you'll maintain strong relationships with stakeholders while delivering high-quality project outcomes through effective team leadership and operational excellence.
Expectations
Develop and implement weekly work programs to optimise project efficiency and risk management
Supervise and coordinate all site personnel, including employees and subcontractors
Monitor and manage site resources, equipment, and services to maintain HSEQ standards
Support the estimating team with construction methodology optimisation
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Lead by example in operational best practices and team communication
Monitor and report on team performance and requirements
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Skills and Expertise
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in civil construction
Demonstrated experience in technical civil projects and subdivisions
Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements
Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities
Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Superior organisational and time management abilities
Proven track record in managing multiple project responsibilities
